Faery Holiday Cracker Scrabble
- 1 bag Bugles
- 1 box Christmas Ritz crackers
- 1 bag Christmas Goldfish
- 1 Box Cheese-Its
- 1 bag Cheetos
- 1 sleeve Club Crackers
- Or any 6 snacks you like.
- I add pretzels and pita crackers too!
- 2 envelopes of ranch dressing-dry
- 2-4 T. lemon pepper
- 24-32 oz of Orville Redenbockers popcorn oil
In a small bowl, mix together 2 envelopes of ranch seasoning, dressing mix, 2-4 tablespoons lemon pepper (I use 4 as I like the intense flavor), and 3 cups Orville Redenbockers popcorn oil ( if adding pita crackers and pretzels use 4 cups). Mix the seasoning mix with all the crackers and toss together. Bake at 200 degrees for an hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool, then bag in ziplock bags. It freezes wonderfully!
